New Year celebration is the greatest celebration in any country. The celebration does not even match the national fair or the religious fair of the ethnic greater part of a nation. Though friends and relations prefer to meet each other and extend greetings, the exercise becomes virtually not possible allowing for the number of people who have to be wished on the occasion. So people prefer sending wishes through greeting cards to their friends. Despite electronic greeting cards gaining prominence in the recent times in view of the advent of the internet, people still prefer the paper-based greeting card because of the personal touch it provides to the senders as well as the recipients.
